Back to school shopping
season is beginning! Garage sale season is well underway! Here are a few
ways that you can support this three star rated International project that
gives aid, comfort and hope to thousands of people in many countries each
year.
Our LWR Work Group collects and assembles items into the following types
of kits. Your contributions make these Gifts of Hope possible. The most
needed items are in bold print. School
Kits:

cotton blend fabric

coordinating buttons

In addition to
providing fabric for clothing, Sewing kits are often used to
facilitate the start of small businesses that provide refugees an
opportunity to begin a new, self-sufficient life

purchase supplies welcome! Mark LWR Supplies on notation line

PLEASE NOTE: LWR no
longer collects used clothing of any sort. Please make your donations
to the charity of your choice.
The LWR Group meets most
Thursdays year round.
We work during the afternoon throughout the school year and mornings
during the Summer.
