Years ago BSLC members decided they wanted to grow their education and fellowship opportunities beyond Sundays.  Over the course of about two years, the “Wednesday at Church” lineup of programs took shape and is now a community favorite.

4:30-5:30:  Cherub Choir and Junior Choir

5:30-6:30:  Dinner time!

A team of volunteers coordinates ordering dinner from various local restaurants, and bringing the dinner to the church.  A freewill offering is taken to support the cost, but contributing money is not required to participate and enjoy dinner.

Feb 22 through April 1 – Lenten Soup & Bread Supper

6:30-7:30:  Programs for everyone!

• Adult Bible study
• Kids’ Time – Adults supervise elementary aged kids while parents participate in choirs and classes.  Kids’ Time includes a mix of games, homework time, stories, and occasionally a movie.
• Adult Choir (goes until 8pm)
• Confirmation for grades 6, 7, and 8 (goes until 8pm)
• High School Youth Group gathers for discussion and social time (goes until 8pm)

Hebrews 10: 24 – 25: And let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another.
